Came across this seasonable special oreo and I am attracted to the pinkish oreo 💖 I think it is only available in China area. I managed to get it through daigou EZBUY（代购）to ship it from Taobao to Singapore! 👍👍

Always wanted to try Taiwan's milk Mochi after watching the night market video. The recipe was easy to follow!

Step 1: Milk (I used about 3/4 of the ceramic mug we usually have at home)
Step 2: Add around 2-3 tablespoon of tapioca flour and 1-2 tablespoon of sugar
Step 3: Turn on small heat
Step 4: Constantly stirring it
Step 5: Turn off the heat once it thickened
*if you do not want to add any powder, you can add more sugar so it will be like milk pudding!

1. 3/4 杯的鲜奶 （我用的是家里常见到的陶瓷杯）
2. 加入2-3汤匙的薯粉和1-2汤匙的糖
3. 开小火
4. 持续搅拌
5. 浓稠后关火
如果不想加入任何花生粉之类的，可以加多一点糖，这样会像牛奶布丁！


I wanted to try it with Oreo powder, but I do not have one at home. Still good with peanut powder. The texture was very unique and soft, it melts in your mouth almost immediately, almost like you are drinking the milk. I think I will still prefer traditional Mua Chee as I prefer the chewier texture. But overall still worth trying!

鲜奶麻糬的口感很水润，直接融化在嘴里。我觉得可能加多一点糖，然后不放花生粉类会更好吃！相比下我可能会比较喜欢传统麻糬，因为我个人比较喜欢QQ，和比较有嚼劲的口感。不过鲜奶麻糬还是值得一试的！

Also known as "Ban Jian Kueh" / "Min Jian Kueh".
Found this in Singapore's Giant, decided to buy it as it was relatively easy to make. It comes with peanut powder as well.



Step 1: Add water to Flour

Step 2: Add eggs

Step 3: Add warm water

Step 4: Let sit for 15 mins

I added cheese, which was one of my childhood favourite! Didn't manage to find chocolate rice 😔, highly recommends you guys to try it with chocolate rice!

Wonderland Cafe is located at Taiwan Taipei, near Ming De Station, and about 3km to Shilin Night market, can go there directly after haha. It was very easy to find the cafe as we just need to walk straight from the MRT and tada.

The cafe was more of a garden/ natural theme. A very comfortable environment to slack haha. We ordered a cold rose milk tea, ice fruit tea and ice-cream fruits waffle with add on mochi in between the waffle.

The rose milk tea comes with a cute little girl pot. It was sweet but not very sweet and had a slight rose taste. No ice added that makes the texture and taste consistent throughout. Trust me, you cannot stop drinking it, really one of the best milk tea I have ever tasted.

As for the fruit tea, it was very refreshing and had a strong fruit taste! Really love this fruit tea too! I think guys will prefer this more.

Here comes the mochi waffle, I would say, the tea actully amazed me more than the waffle. The serving was huge with lots of fruits and a scoop of ice cream. But if I were to choose again, I will not order waffle with mixed fruits because I prefer waffle with ice cream more than with fruits haha, unless its mango (but they only have it for certain season). I think if I have another chance, I will order the baked marshmallow waffle and still add on mochi because I saw someone ordering it and it looks awesome. The mochi did add on a chewy texture. I quite like it!

Went to Taiwan earlier on Mid May, and among all the food we tried, THIS is definitely one of the must try. Toast Toast, 吐司吐司早餐專賣店 is located at southern Taiwan, Tainan. Not as convenient as Taipei but Tainan is known as a food paradise and the food here cost much cheaper!

Okay back to Toast Toast. Look at the pictures below, look at the amount of cheese, and most importantly, the price. SO CHEAP with this amount of cheese omg. There was a slight increase in price after June. The menu below is the updated one. We ordered a cheese egg crepe（起司蛋饼） and toast with egg and grilled chicken (纽奥良鸡排吐司）.

The onion crepe was not soggy at all, it was soft and abit chewy but not soggy, it matches so well with the cheese and egg! As for the toast, the grilled chicken was nice and flavorful, juicy and tender. Goes well with the egg and plain toast, balance out the flavour.





The rate was about S$1 to NT23
