Also known as "Ban Jian Kueh" / "Min Jian Kueh".
Found this in Singapore's Giant, decided to buy it as it was relatively easy to make. It comes with peanut powder as well.

Step 1: Add water to Flour

Step 2: Add eggs

Step 3: Add warm water

Step 4: Let sit for 15 mins

I added cheese, which was one of my childhood favourite! Didn't manage to find chocolate rice 😔, highly recommends you guys to try it with chocolate rice!

Peanut powder

Cheese
The pancake turns out to be soft and fluffy, together with the cheese, MMMMMM 😌 I think I can make a Dorayaki with this mixture.

Their peanut powder was sweet enough too, so there isn't a need to add additional sugar to the pancake. Please try it with peanut powder + cheese!! Its real good 😋 I tried making it with milo powder too, but the powder harden the moment it touched the heat, so it became rather hard. So its still the best with chocolate rice, and maybe Nutella!

Peanut powder / Milo
Overall still a good ban jian kueh!
